What is the average salary for a recruiter

There are a lot of factors that go into determining the average salary for any profession. The average salary for a recruiter can vary greatly depending on the field they work in, the company they work for and their years of experience. Those who work directly for organizations tend to have lower wages than those who work in recruiting agencies because most organizations do not pay recruitment fees to third parties.
